Thanks to everyone who has helped us achieve 3168 hours of clubs and events – you are amazing!
We just wanted to take 5 minutes today to take stock and thank everyone who has helped us achieve so much as a relatively new charity, we have managed to achieve a whopping 3168 hours of clubs and events in the UK.
How have we done this?
We have run projects across the South of England to provide opportunities in sport, art, music, theatre and work to develop life skills, increase confidence, independence and well-being. This has been through clubs and events for young people with additional needs, providing music scholarships, providing opportunities for a school theatre production, arts award training, trips to adventure parks and aquariums, urban seniors and gardening projects, as well as work on projects for youth offending teams and much more.
Why have we done this?
As a charity we set it out in our mission to: create great opportunities through participation in education, social activities, and the arts for all regardless of background and ability to develop life skills, increase confidence, independence and well-being.
With our vision to: help everyone develop life skills and confidence through participation in theatre, music, art, work, sport, and technology regardless of age or ability.
What is next?
The charity has ambitious plans to roll more projects out to provide more opportunities to people in the UK over the next 3-4 years.
